Why tolerate chaotic human resource management? BPM venders provide a solution.

Many enterprises executives sigh in despair that even with a HR management system, personnel changes, personnel additions, and hiring of new employees often do not occur as planned. Especially companies with operations in Taiwan , Hong Kong, and mainland China , the situations becomes even more chaotic. Because of this, the Business Process Management (BPM) proposed employee lifecycle management solutions to assist enterprises with this problem through process control and integration of different systems to supplement HR systems that are useful for the management/maintenance of data.

 

Many enterprises that deploy HR systems still cannot curb the chaos in human resource management such as the HR department forgetting to process requests for additional personnel from various departments. When employees leaving the company who have not returned company assets, the HR department is incapable of freezing their salary within a timely manner. But by utilizing BPM, the personnel needs/hiring, personnel changes, and personnel performance management can be closely interconnected and sufficiently integrated with the HR data. Enabling a closer bond between people and the organization. By utilizing the ability of the BPM to integrate multiple systems, it can connect the enterprise recruitment platform to external e-Recruiting or human resource resume system. So when newly hired employees report to work, the information can then be transferred to the e-Learning system. When new hires have completed their educational training, it automatically connects to the trial period evaluation process. Another benefit for the enterprise human resource management mechanism is the ability to connect to building access management or even other systems such as psychological consulting process. The connection between each process can be followed-up, tracked, managed, and alerted in real time to solve resolve the previous chaotic situation.
